Bulldog Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist for a full-time position in Fresno, California.

Responsibilities

• Develop outbound and inbound marketing plans and demonstrate expertise in various areas, including but not limited to, content development, promotion and advertising
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations and further improvements

• Generate new leads via company's web quoting and other marketing efforts

• Solicit and communicate insurance products to all types of clients using all types of marketing channels, including telephone, e-mail, Internet and social media

• Become the agency's brand ambassador by presenting and promoting the agency, its products and services on marketing channels, such as hosting Facebook Live videos, to educate prospects and attract leads to the agency

• Produce video quotes explaining insurance products, rating, discounts, benefits, and coverage options for new businesses

• Maintain and update company's website and social media accounts with insurance marketing content

• Develop and design promotional and creative materials including social media posts and other print collaterals

• Attend networking and other public events representing and promoting the agency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and minimum 2 years of experiences in marketing – or –Post-secondary education in marketing and minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.

• Active license to lawfully solicit personal insurance products in California

• Excellent written & verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills

• Excellent with MS Office Suite, marketing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign & CRM) and applications
